The biggest differences you will see with LendHUB is they are quick and easy to qualify for. With most of their products requiring almost no documentation, no appraisal and no lawyers. Higher approval amounts may require more items.

LendHUB will lend up to 70% of the value of the property in Ontario up to a maximum of $500,000. This may vary depending on the location.

Although LendHUB has no upfront costs, assuming no appraisal is required, they do charge a lender fee and admin fee. All the costs will be disclosed in a quote before you commit to anything.

What happens at the end of the LendHUB Mortgage term?

At the end of the 1 year term, you will have a choice to renew but be subject to a 3% to 5% renewal fee. You can also either pay back the mortgage, refinance it, or sell your home to cover the amount. LendHUB is designed to be a short term solution.

LendHUB can payout a first, second, third or even fourth mortgage. As long as there is enough equity LendHUB can payout the mortgage from proceeds if it makes sense.

LendHUB can go into 3rd or even 4th position is certain situations. LendHUB could also payout any existing mortgages to go into 1st, 2nd or 3rd position.
